I finished the blanket

Okay this is what I acomplished today, I finished Elaina's blanket. It's pretty small and if you look real close has alot of imperfections, however I have decided to go easy on myself and say I am somewhat impressed with how it turned out considering I don't know how to sew or how to make a blanket so this was my shot in the dark. Now my boys are very upset because they each want one for themselves, we do own about 700 blankets but it's not everyday mommy makes one. So I now I have to search for some John Deere fabric. On another note I got a sneek peek at the new CTMH Idea Book and all I can say is WOW! Each book is better than the last, and if you want your Free copy just show up at my open house on August 29th any time from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Now hopefully my next post will be of my newly painted house and some papercrafts. Also I would just like to say THANK YOU to all of our service men and women out there who sacrifice their lives for our freedoom everyday. My neighbor will be taking her husband to catch a flight tonight to go to desert training he will be gone for a month, and then another month in November and then a year in Dec or Jan. That is a long time to be apart from your loved ones. So again Thank You and God Bless You!

Hi! I found your blog through a comment you left on Aubrey's blog. Aubrey and I have been friends since we were 14 years old. I'm so glad you found each other. How great that you are neighbors! I'm a papercrafter too, I sell Stampin' Up! Went way back reading your blog and you have some great projects. I'll check back often!
