Blessings and sewing machines

Okay I must start out this post with my inspiration for this little sewing project I did. Last week I met my new neighbor for the first time, and just about fell over when within just a few minutes of talking to each other we realized that we are both christians and attend independant Baptist churches (woo-hoo). If that were not enough we both have 4 children 2 girls and 2 boys, and we both have an Avery, we both love to decorate, and cook and bake using Organic/natural stuff, and she even scrapbooks and used to sell CTMH(are you kidding me?) Oh no I am serious. Well anyways she is multi talented, and can paint, sew, play piano, and she is an amazing photographer. So all in all I would say I have the "Perfect" neighbor, and obviously placed right next door to us for a reason. Anyone who knows me knows that I am also pretty particular about whom my children can be around, and this family is great, they have the same beliefs as us and that is huge! So thanks be to God who from all blessings flow! Anyways I was inspired to get out my sewing machine and play, this is my 1st project so don't laugh. Elaina loves it so I guess that is all that matters.

Fancy Pants mini album

For this little book I used Fancy Pants Sweet Pea paper, Prima flowers, Fancy Pants rub-on, CTMH rub-ons, random ribbon & button. I also used Basic Grey magnets to close the book!

A Baby Is A Miracle

Okay this is avery different card for me but I think I sorta like it. I used CTMH cardstock, Ink, Treetops and True Happiness stamp sets. The trees are cut out and pop dotted. The main image of the man is from H & M stamps and was colored in Copics. I also used a MS picket fence punch.

A new puppy?

I wish, isn't she cute? My mom just brought her down to show my kids. Her name is Bella and boy is she tiny.

Card to match the cupcake gift set

Okay I litterally had 3 minutes before church
on Sunday to make this card to go in the cupcake kit bag. So it was extremley simple.

Cupcake Gift Set

Okay so I saw the most adorable cupcake making
set on Splitcoast and had to make one. My cousin
Lana's little boy Dylan's birthday party is today
so this is what he will get. I used Basic Greys
Archaic paper tocover a cake mix, tub of frosting,
3 toppers and matching gift bag. All of the Dino's
were cut out of the cricut using the Paper Doll
Dressup cartride. I also used a MS punch, a
Fancy Pants felt leaf, twill ribbon. The stamps
I used were CTMH's Dino-Roar and Geometric
Thoughts(retired) and Say It In Style. I also
used a few different nestabilities. In the little bags
there are cupcake wrappers, cupcake toppers,
and milk chocolate rocks to put on top. So this kit
has everything needed for Dylan and Lana to make
adorable dinosaur cupcakes.

A sympathy card for a dear friend

I made this card today for a very close friend of mine who just recently suffered a great loss! I hope this card will brighten her spirits a least a little. I used CTMH's Perfect Day paper, and the
TLC and God Bless You(retired)stamp sets. Oh and I almost forgot to add I used the flower stamp from the Intrinsic Backgrounds stamp. I stamped it with Juniper(2nd generation) on the oval piece before I stamped the sentiments it does not show up well in the picture but it is very pretty in person.

A redo

This is just a redo of a card I did a couple of weeks ago, the only change is the White Daisy piece under the ribbon.
