A baby card

Whew, it feels so good to accomplish something you have wanted to do for a long time! I have wanted to make this card for some time and finally got it done last night while baby Eli was snoozing! The paper is all CTMH and came from the "Felicity" kit that was a special a few months ago! The button and hemp are also CTMH, the twill ribbon is from SU, I also used the large scalloped oval and regular oval nestabilities dies. The stamped image and sentiment all come from an H&M stamp set-sorry the name escapes me right now, and the image was colored with Copics, and I even had my husband haul out my sewing machine for me! This is a congratulations as well as thank you card for my cousin who just had her 1st baby and who also just sent us a gift for Eli! I hope she likes it!

a simple gift

This is a CTMH My Creations Journal that I decorated in about 10 min! I used Unforgettable paper pack and stickease, Juniper and Blush ribbon, pearls, and bitty sparkles. I also made a matching RSVP pen to go along with it!

Eli Benjamin Moore has arrived!

I just wanted to share! My baby boy was delivered at 8:53 am Monday morning and he weighed 8lbs and 1 oz and was 20 inches long! We are both doing well, and for the 5th time I was reminded what a miracle truly is! Thanks be to God!

Why am I awake?

Okay it's Monday May 3rd and it's 3:20 am why am I awake? I have no idea other than I was totally uncomfortable and could not sleep. In less than 3 hrs I will be at the hospital for my scheduled c-section! Words can not express how excited I am to meet this new little guy! Once I get home from the hospital Lord willing I will get some pictures posted! I hope everyone has a great week!
