Okay, here is my card for todays mojo monday sketch. I used October Afternoon paper - Thrift Shop, can you say lucious? I also used Piece Of Cake and Soul Mates ss from CTMH, satin ribbon from Offray, black pearls, SU scalloped border punch and scalloped circle nestabilities!

Sweet Baby-SFYTT

Okay, so you know how I told you all I got some new goodies? Well one of the paper packs I got was Fly a Kite by October Afternoon and oh is it ever DIVINE! So anyways I have needed to make a card for the daughter and son-in-law of some very dear friends of ours who just adopted a most beautiful little baby girl, this little girl will most assuredly be a little princess as she has three big brothers! I was so inspired by this paper. I used today's SFYTT sketch, details can be found at http://www.iheart2stamp.com/. Stamps were Sweet Baby and Flower Child from CTMH, Cocoa cardstock, button, foundry tab, and hemp also CTMH. The image was colored with Copics! I hope they like it!

New goodies

Wow after along hiatus, I ordered me some new goodies to play with! Among the goods this adorable Laundry girl stamp from The Greeting Farm, I also used Basic Grey's Lemonade paper, Nesties, Copics, Picture Perfect SS from CTMH, flowers from Prima and black pearls from Michaels! I would write more but the baby is wanting his mama, I hope to start posting more regularly from now on!

A baby card

Whew, it feels so good to accomplish something you have wanted to do for a long time! I have wanted to make this card for some time and finally got it done last night while baby Eli was snoozing! The paper is all CTMH and came from the "Felicity" kit that was a special a few months ago! The button and hemp are also CTMH, the twill ribbon is from SU, I also used the large scalloped oval and regular oval nestabilities dies. The stamped image and sentiment all come from an H&M stamp set-sorry the name escapes me right now, and the image was colored with Copics, and I even had my husband haul out my sewing machine for me! This is a congratulations as well as thank you card for my cousin who just had her 1st baby and who also just sent us a gift for Eli! I hope she likes it!
